Daytime Kayak Tour

Kayaking calm waters in the Columbia Gorge with friends and family. This tour is relaxed and suited for beginner kayakers but can certainly be enjoyed by any skill level. The kayak tour starts by checking out the Columbia River and then we work our way up a wind protected tributary. The water becomes so clear you can see the fish swimming under your kayak. Birds we often see include osprey, blue heron, eagles, mergansers, king fishers, and more. Optional stops at beaches for rock skipping and blackberry picking.

Quite often it is just your group and a guide for a personalized experience. Guided tours meet 15 miles to the west of Hood River on the Washington Side, driving directions will be sent in confirmation email.
